Reclaiming Journal is a quarterly, scholarly journal for youth workers. They were moving publication of the journal in house and contacted Imagine Solutions looking for a way to start online distribution of their publication. They needed an easy to use, yet robust subscription management system, online store to manage subscription and back issue sales, and a website to host all the content. And they needed everything to work together in a way that they could leverage for marketing purposes. Imagine Solutions was able to bring together three major open source software packages and integrate them seamlessly.

For the online store, we utilized Magento Commerce, an extremely flexible online shopping cart. For the subscription management, we customized a SugarCRM installation, giving them not only the ability to manage subscriptions, but also allowing them to run effective email marketing campaigns. Finally, the content management was handled with Drupal, modified to aid distribution of electronic versions of all their publications.
